Job Description:
HYDRO EXCAVATION OPERATOR:
Job Duties and Expectations:
Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including: utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching, and digging.
Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
Ensure customer and client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times.
While completing hydro excavation projects, the Hydrovac Operator will supervise activities of Hydrovac Swampers assigned to assist with excavation. Hydrovac Operators will provide leadership and task delegation to the Hydrovac Swamper through coaching and mentoring to ensure employee skill development.
Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Hydrovac operation.
Complete all required paperwork properly and within set time lines.
Ensure all Hydrovac truck equipment and components are in good working condition at all times. Perform pre and post trip inspections, follow company policies and procedures for routine maintenance, perform general housekeeping to ensure units are operating properly. Report any inefficiency to Supervisor.
Ensure Hydrovac Swampers maintain standards and procedures.
Maintain and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have hydro vac experience.
Must have Off Road Experience.
Must have Winter Driving Experience.
Must have Class A CDL.

years CDL Experience.
Flexible work schedule to accommodate production needs.
Ability to pass a drug test and ROM test.
Must be in good health and physical condition to perform duties assigned.
Compensation:
$20.00-$22.00 to start(B.O.E). Plus OVERTIME.
50-65 hours a week on average.
Housing Available at no Charge.(own room)
Benefits Available after 60 Days of Hire.
$50.00 Per Day Worked (Per Diem)
Some travel expenses paid for home time.
Rotating schedule is 4 weeks on 2 weeks off.
